Guests are asked to secure their appointments using a credit card. Please note, your card will only be charged 50% of your service total in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. As well, if you do not show up for an appointment, you will also be charged 50% of your service total.

If you are a VoMor customer and need to order custom hair, we request you pay the full amount upfront. First time VoMor customers are required to have a consultation before booking an appointment and extensions must be pre-paid before the appointment date.
